Ingredients for Seafood Tagine:

- 200 grams of squid
- 100 grams of clams
- 2 crabs
- 1 large onion, diced
- 500 ml of tomato sauce
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Ghee or butter (as desired)
- 4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions for Preparing Seafood Tagine:
Wash the shrimp thoroughly without removing the shells.
Clean the crabs and squid well.
Soak the clams in water to remove any sand, then rinse them under running water.
In a pot over medium heat, melt a desired amount of ghee or butter. Add the diced onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
Add the shrimp, clams, squid, and crabs to the pot, stirring occasionally until the seafood turns a light orange.
Pour the tomato sauce over the seafood mixture, stirring until well combined.
Once the sauce thickens slightly, season with salt and black pepper. Let the mixture cook on low heat until all ingredients are fully cooked.
Transfer the cooked seafood mixture to an oven-safe baking dish (such as a Pyrex dish), and sprinkle the top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Once heated, place the baking dish in the oven and bake until the Parmesan cheese melts and browns slightly.
Your seafood tagine is now ready! Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and serve hot to family or guests for a delicious, nutritious meal. Enjoy!
