  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Salt (to taste)

How to Prepare Pea and Minced Meat Stew:

  1. Sauté the Aromatics:

    • Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
  2. Cook the Meat:

    • Add the minced garlic to the pot and stir until lightly browned.
    • Add the minced beef and cinnamon sticks, stirring occasionally until the meat begins to brown.
  3. Season the Mixture:
