  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water

  • 1 teaspoon of ground mastic gum (mistika)


How to Prepare Arabic Ice Cream with Clotted Cream and Nuts:

  1. In a deep mixing bowl, combine the powdered milk, sugar, clotted cream, salep, vanilla, whipping cream, mastic gum, and orange blossom water.

  2. Add the cold water to the mixture, then blend everything together using an electric mixer for about 20 minutes until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy in texture.

  3. Add the finely chopped walnuts and pistachios to the thickened mixture. Mix gently by hand until the nuts are well distributed throughout the cream.

  4. Pour the mixture into a suitable container and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
