Potato and garlic salad is a light, delicious, and easy-to-make dish. It's considered a side dish in most meals, but it also plays a key role in weight loss diets. Ingredients for Potato and Garlic Salad:

1 kg of potatoes

4 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of mustard

1 cup of chopped parsley

A few red cabbage leaves

2 red bell peppers

How to Prepare Potato and Garlic Salad:

Cook the Potatoes:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Place them in a pot and cover with water.
Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, or until fully tender. -
Prepare the Vegetables:
Rinse the red cabbage leaves and let them dry completely.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain and peel them.
Cut into evenly-sized medium chunks and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Slice the red cabbage and add it to the bowl with the potatoes. -
Chop and Add Fresh Ingredients:
Finely chop the parsley and add it in.
Slice the red, green, and yellow bell peppers into medium-sized round pieces and add to the salad bowl. -
