For the dough:

Preparation Method:

Prepare the dough
In a small bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, salt, and warm water. Let the mixture sit until it becomes foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, vegetable oil, yeast mixture, and room-temperature water. Knead until a soft, non-sticky dough forms.
Once the dough is smooth and elastic, place it in a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap or a clean cloth, and let it rise until doubled in size. -
Divide and rest the dough
After rising, divide the dough into three equal parts and let them rest for another 30 minutes. -
Prepare the filling
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the chicken cubes and cook until fully done.
Pour in the hot water and allow it to simmer gently, covered. Then add the cream and bring the mixture to a light boil.
Remove the pan from heat and set aside. -
Assemble the pie
