4 soft taco shells (flour or corn)

Method

Marinate the chicken
Place the sliced chicken in a bowl. Season with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (longer gives deeper flavor). -
Cook the chicken
Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and sauté, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from heat. -
Assemble the tacos
Warm the taco shells briefly (dry skillet or microwave). Fill each with cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and a generous sprinkle of Gouda. -
