Preparation
Step 1: Cook the Sausages

In a large pot, fry the sausages until golden brown. Remove and set aside, leaving the flavorful oil in the pot.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken

In the same pot, add chicken pieces and fry them in the sausage oil until lightly browned.

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.

Step 3: Prepare the Potatoes and Layer
