Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Peppers

Bring water to a boil in a pot.

Add the sweet bell peppers and cook for about 3 minutes.

Drain, cool, and cut into slices. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Chicken Rolls

Wash and cut the chicken breasts.

Place each piece between two sheets of wax paper and pound gently until evenly flat.

Layer bell pepper slices and cheese over the chicken, sprinkle with oregano, then roll tightly.

Step 3: Sear the Chicken
