- Large loaves of Arabic bread
How to Prepare Arayes with Kofta:
Prepare the Kofta Mixture:
In a deep bowl, add the 500 grams of minced meat. Finely chop the tomatoes and add them to the bowl. Then, finely chop the onion and the hot green pepper, and add them to the mixture as well.Season the Kofta:
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of ghee, ½ tablespoon each of ground cinnamon and cardamom, 1 tablespoon of salt, and ½ tablespoon of seven spices. Crush the garlic and add it to the mixture.Mix the Ingredients:
