  1. Prepare the Meat Mixture:

    • In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, grated onion, breadcrumbs, salt, a pinch of cinnamon, paprika, black pepper, one egg, ground ginger, and garlic powder.
    • Combine all ingredients thoroughly for 1-2 minutes until well mixed.
  2. Shape the Bifteck:

    • Place a piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface and lightly brush it with olive oil.
    • Take portions of the meat mixture and shape them into patties. Place each patty on the plastic wrap. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.
  3. Prepare the Egg Wash:

    • In a separate bowl, beat the remaining egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Add a small teaspoon of yogurt or water to the egg mixture to thin it out for easier coating.
  4. Coat the Bifteck:

    • Take each patty and coat it first in flour, then dip it into the egg wash, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Repeat this process for all the patties.
    • For best results, refrigerate the coated patties for 30-60 minutes to help them firm up.
  5. Fry the Bifteck:

    • Heat a large frying pan over high heat and add enough oil for frying.
    • Once the oil is hot, fry the bifteck patties until they are golden and fully cooked through.
  6. Serve:

    • Once cooked, remove the bifteck from the pan and serve hot.
