Burrito – How to Make the Delicious Burrito Sandwich

The burrito is one of the most popular dishes in Mexico. Its name means "little donkey" in Spanish, supposedly referring to the filling inside the tortilla, which resembles a donkey’s load. The tortilla, a traditional bread made primarily from wheat or corn, originated from Native American cultures, giving this dish its unique traditional touch. Burrito fillings commonly include meat and cheese, along with rice or grilled chicken and various sauces, especially guacamole, which complements the burrito perfectly with its avocado base rich in fiber. Guacamole also pairs well with grilled dishes or salads.
