  • 3 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • ¼ cup of liquid milk
  • 2 cauliflowers, cut into pieces
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 500 grams of ground meat
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of allspice
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 2 medium-sized carrots, grated
  • 3 cups of tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

Steps to Prepare Cauliflower with Ground Meat:

  1. Boiling the Cauliflower:
    In a pot over medium heat, bring water to a boil with half of the salt and half of the cumin. Add the cauliflower pieces and cook them until they are half-cooked.

  2. Sautéing the Onions and Garlic:
    In a suitable pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.

  3. Cooking the Meat:
    Add the ground meat to the pot, along with the remaining salt, cumin, black pepper, ginger, and allspice. Stir occasionally until the meat is fully cooked.

  4. Adding Carrots:
    Add the grated carrots to the meat mixture and continue stirring for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Preparing the Tomato Sauce:
    In a small cup, mix the tomato paste with half a cup of water until fully dissolved. Pour this mixture along with the tomato juice over the meat mixture, and bring it to a boil.

  6. Assembling the Dish:
    Drain the cauliflower and arrange it in a suitable baking dish. Pour the meat mixture evenly on top.

  7. Baking the Dish:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, place the baking dish inside and let it bake for 20 minutes.
