- 16 large cleaned shrimp

- 2 teaspoons each of: ground coriander, cumin, dried onion, paprika, salt, and black pepper
- ½ teaspoon crushed chili flakes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons each of: chopped fresh coriander, parsley, and freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
For the Vegetable Mix:
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- ¼ head of cabbage, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoon each of salt and black pepper
Preparation Method:
Prepare the Marinade:
- In a large bowl, combine the coriander, cumin, dried onion, paprika, chili flakes, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
- Add the chicken fillets and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring everything is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
Cook the Chicken and Shrimp:
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken fillets and cook on all sides until fully cooked and golden brown.
