  • 2 tablespoons each of: chopped fresh coriander, parsley, and freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

For the Vegetable Mix:

  • 1 medium onion, cut into thin slices
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • ¼ head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon each of salt and black pepper

Preparation Method:

Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas


  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • In a large bowl, combine the coriander, cumin, dried onion, paprika, chili flakes, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, garlic, and parsley. Mix well.
    • Add the chicken fillets and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring everything is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  2. Cook the Chicken and Shrimp:

    • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken fillets and cook on all sides until fully cooked and golden brown.
