  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper (cut into medium-sized cubes)
  • 150 grams of Kalamata olives
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of cooking cream
  • ½ cup of drinking water
  • 2 whole cardamom pods
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation Steps:

  1. Season the Chicken:

    • Place the chicken slices in a suitable bowl and season with black pepper and salt, coating them on all sides.
  2. Sauté the Chicken:

    • In a medium-sized pot, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium heat until heated through. Add the chicken slices and cook until they change color on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
