  • ½ tablespoon of garam masala.
  • ½ tablespoon of turmeric.
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika.
  • ½ tablespoon of salt.
  • ¼ tablespoon of black pepper.
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced.

For the Salad:

  • 7 leaves of lettuce.
  • 1 cucumber.
  • 6 cherry tomatoes.
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • A handful of fresh mint, chopped.
  • ½ tablespoon of salt.

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
