  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 green onions
  • 10 pieces of mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
  • 10 pieces of tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized eggplant
  • 1 small head of cauliflower and broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oregano and basil
  • Cooked rice for serving

Preparation Method:

Chicken Tikka with Grilled Vegetables


  1. Prepare the Chicken Marinade:

    • Cut the chicken fillets into medium-sized cubes and place them in a large bowl.
    • Add cumin, curry powder, cardamom, chili powder, coriander, ginger, turmeric, tomato paste, lemon juice, paprika, and yogurt to the chicken. Mix well until the chicken pieces are fully coated with the spices.
