Chicken Toast Pie – Recipe and Preparation

- 2 medium-sized chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 medium bell peppers, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 medium can of cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Preparation Method for Chicken Toast Pie:
Sauté the Onions: Heat the vegetable oil in a suitable pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
Cook the Chicken: Add the chicken cubes and stir occasionally until the moisture evaporates.
Add Vegetables: Mix in the grated carrot, shredded cabbage, sliced bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir all the ingredients until well combined.
