Cold and Delicious Tiramisu with Simple Ingredients

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
- 20 pieces of plain biscuits
- 150 grams of cream cheese
- 1 packet of Chantilly cream
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- ½ cup of water
- 2½ cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of instant coffee (Nescafe)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (for decoration)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Preparation Steps:
Prepare the Cream Mixture:
In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of butter with the cream cheese. Use an electric mixer on high speed to blend until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla, and continue mixing until the ingredients are well combined. Set the mixture aside.Prepare the Chantilly Cream:
In an electric mixer, combine 1 packet of Chantilly cream with 1 cup of cold milk. Blend for about 3 minutes until the cream rises and thickens. Gradually add the previously prepared cream cheese mixture to the Chantilly cream, blending continuously.Prepare the Coffee Mixture:
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of instant coffee in ½ cup of water.Dip the Biscuits:
Dip the plain biscuits in the remaining milk.Layer the Tiramisu:
- First Layer: Arrange 10 dipped biscuits in the serving dish.
- Second Layer: Pour half of the dissolved coffee over the biscuits.
- Third Layer: Spread a layer of the prepared cream mixture over the biscuits.
- Repeat the process with the remaining 10 biscuits, pouring the rest of the coffee over them and topping with another layer of cream.
Chill and Decorate:
Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill completely. Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder for decoration.
