- 80 grams butter
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 250 grams minced beef
- 300 ml cooking cream
- 1 cup shredded Fondel cheese (500 grams)
How to Cook Creamy Beef Pasta:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil the pasta (500 grams fettuccine) in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.Prepare the Sauce:
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the olive oil (1 tablespoon), butter (80 grams), onion (1 large onion, finely chopped), and minced beef (250 grams). Cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes or until the beef is crispy and the onions are soft.Add the Cream and Cheese:
Add the cooking cream (300 ml) and let it simmer for 2 minutes or until it thickens slightly. Add the cooked pasta and shredded Fondel cheese (1 cup, 500 grams) to the skillet. Stir well with the sauce until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
