- 300 grams of fish fillet
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of cardamom
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 50 grams of celery
- A pinch of sugar
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- Shrimp shells
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup of cream
- 300 grams of squid
- Chopped carrots
- 1 clove of garlic
- A pinch of mastic
- 100 grams of peeled shrimp
How to Prepare Creamy Seafood Soup:
- Place the shrimp heads in a suitable pot over heat, then add the chopped onions, tomatoes, and garlic.
- Add cardamom and bay leaves to the pot, followed by salt, sugar, and pepper. Add the chopped carrots and celery.
