How to Prepare Crispy Chicken Strips:

  1. Preparation of Chicken:

    • Cut the chicken fillets into long, equal-sized strips using a sharp knife. Place the strips in a wide, deep bowl and set aside.
  2. Marinating:

    • In a food processor, combine the onion, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, black pepper, dried coriander, and paprika. Blend on medium speed for a few minutes until you have a smooth mixture.
    • Pour this mixture over the chicken strips and mix with your fingers to ensure the chicken absorbs the delicious flavors.
  3. Flour Mixture:

    • In a wide bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, turmeric, dried coriander, ground cumin, and white pepper. Mix well with a large spoon.
    • In a separate deep bowl, crack the two eggs and whisk them well for about two minutes. Set aside.
  4. Coating the Chicken:

    • Heat a large, heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat and add a generous amount of sunflower oil.
    • Take each chicken strip from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off, and dip it into the flour mixture, coating it thoroughly.
    • Then dip it into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's completely covered, and return it to the flour mixture for an extra crunchy coating. Repeat this until all chicken strips are coated.
  5. Frying:

    • Once the oil is hot, add the chicken strips to the skillet. Fry until they are golden brown on all sides, using a slotted spoon to turn them as needed.
    • After frying, place the chicken strips on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  6. Serving:

    • Arrange the crispy chicken strips on a serving plate. They can be served alongside some fried potatoes for a complete meal.

Enjoy your crispy chicken strips!
