Ingredients:
For the Cupcake Batter:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 large eggs

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup sunflower oil
- ¼ cup lukewarm water

Preparation:
Prepare the Apple Mixture:
- Peel and grate the apples using a vegetable grater. Place the grated apples in a medium bowl, add the cinnamon, mix well, and set aside.
Prepare the Batter:
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch. Stir and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs for about 3 minutes until fluffy. Add the sunflower oil, sugar, water, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed until a smooth and creamy batter forms.
