    • 1¼ cups of water
  • For the Toffee Sauce:

    • 1 can of cream
    • 4 tablespoons of butter (room temperature)
    • 1¼ cups of sugar
  • For Garnishing:

    • 2 tablespoons of peanuts
    • 1 tablespoon of almonds
    • 1 tablespoon of walnuts

Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Date Mixture:

    • In a blender, combine the pitted dates with water and blend until fully combined.
  2. Mix the Cake Batter:

    • In a suitable bowl, mix the eggs with vanilla and sugar until well combined.
    • Add the date mixture and vegetable oil to the egg mixture, and mix until smooth.
    • Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder, stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.
