Ingredients for Dynamite Chicken:
- 1 kilogram of boneless, skinless chicken, cut into medium-sized cubes.
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Salt, as needed.
- 1 teaspoon each of:
- Black pepper.
- Garlic powder.
- Onion powder.
- 2 eggs, beaten.
- ½ cup of white flour.
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- Tortilla bread.
- Some vegetables for filling (optional), along with labneh or cheese.
For the sauce:
- ¼ cup of olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
- ½ cup of hot chili sauce.
- 2 cups of ketchup.
- Some hot chicken sauce.
Preparation Method for Dynamite Chicken:
Marinate the chicken:
- Season the chicken cubes with the spices and let them marinate for 15 minutes so the chicken absorbs the flavors.
Coat the chicken:
- Dip each chicken piece individually into the beaten eggs.
- Then, coat each piece entirely with flour.
Fry the chicken:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until they turn golden and crispy.
Prepare the spicy sauce:
- In a large bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
- In another pan, sauté the minced garlic in olive oil. Add the sauce mixture and let it simmer for a while.
Combine the chicken and sauce:

Assemble the tortillas:
