  • 2 medium-sized eggplants
  • 500 grams minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon onion seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses
  • A pinch of oregano
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 bell pepper

Preparation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Eggplant: Wash and dry the eggplants thoroughly, then cut them into long slices.

  2. Fry the Eggplant: Heat a suitable amount of oil in a pan and fry the eggplant slices until they turn golden on one side, then flip and fry the other side. Place the fried eggplants on paper towels to drain excess oil.

  3. Prepare the Meat Filling: In a bowl, mix the minced meat with salt, paprika, onion seasoning, flour, and any preferred spices for meat. Knead the mixture well until it is ready to be shaped.

  4. Shape the Meat: Take small portions of the meat mixture and shape them into small finger-like pieces.
