Ingredients for Hala Al-Zanqat:
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 200 grams cream
- 160 grams crushed biscuits
- 1 cup toasted milk
- 1 packet crème caramel
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup corn oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon butter
For the Topping:
- 4 pieces of Kiri cheese
- 200 grams cream
- 100 grams sugar
- ½ cup powdered milk
- A pinch of vanilla powder
- 2 teaspoons caramel sauce
Preparation Steps:
Mix the Base: In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs and add a pinch of salt. Continue whisking, then add the powdered sugar and mix well.
Combine Ingredients: Add the vanilla, oil, toasted milk, crushed biscuits, and baking powder to the egg mixture. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
Prepare the Baking Pan: Grease the bottom of the baking pan with butter or oil, then pour in the mixture.
