Basbousa Mixture:
- 3 cups of coarse semolina
- 1½ cups of fine sugar

Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 2 cups of fine sugar

How to Prepare Hazelnut Basbousa:
Prepare the Baking Pan:
- Grease a round baking pan generously with tahini, using a wide brush to coat all sides evenly. Set the pan aside for later use.
Prepare the Basbousa Mixture:
- In a mixer, combine the coarse semolina, sugar, ghee, yogurt, shredded coconut, baking powder, and finely ground hazelnuts. Blend on medium speed for a few minutes until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
