Indian Kofta

  1. Shape the Kofta:
Form the kofta into small or medium-sized balls.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the onions and green bell peppers uniformly.

  3. Cook the Vegetables and Kofta:
Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers and sauté until softened. Add the salt, mixed spices, ground ginger, black pepper, white pepper, and a pinch of curry powder. Stir well, then add the kofta balls one by one. Allow them to cook until the kofta is fully cooked.

  4. Add the Sauce:
Pour 1 liter of water into the pot, add the tomato paste and pomegranate molasses, and bring to a boil. Let the mixture cook until it thickens, then turn off the heat.

  5. Cook the Pasta:
In another pot, boil 1 liter of water. Once boiling, add a tablespoon of oil and half a teaspoon of salt, then add the pasta. Cook for about 10 minutes or until done, according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta well.

  6. Add Butter to the Pasta:
Mix the pasta with butter until the butter melts completely, giving the pasta a rich and delicious flavor.

(Alternatively, you can replace pasta with white rice.)
