Ingredients for Kunafa with Strawberries:
- 500 grams of kunafa dough
- ¾ cup of butter (use more if needed)
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
For the Filling:
- 1 ½ cups of strawberries
- 500 grams of liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 cup of ready-made sugar syrup
How to Prepare Kunafa with Strawberries:
Prepare the Strawberry Filling:
- Place 1 cup of strawberries in a blender and blend them thoroughly to make strawberry juice.
- In a saucepan, mix half of the liquid milk with the white sugar and strawberry juice. Place the pan over medium heat and stir continuously.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining milk by stirring it well.
- Gradually add the cornstarch mixture into the strawberry mixture, stirring constantly until the filling thickens.
Prepare the Kunafa Dough:
