For the lamb chops:

  • 12 lamb chops
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil

For the rice:

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 hot chili pepper
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 3 cups broth
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation Method:

  1. Prepare the Rice:

    • Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in salted water for 30 minutes.
  2. Marinate the Lamb Chops:

    • In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, chili flakes, and olive oil.
    • Rub the lamb chops with this spice mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
    • Cover the chops and refrigerate them for 1 hour.
  3. Cook the Rice:
