  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation Method:

  1. Season the Lamb Shanks:

    • In a small bowl, mix the salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, dried coriander, and ground cardamom. Rub half of this spice mixture onto the lamb shanks, massaging well with your fingers to infuse the flavors.
