  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper

For the sauce:

  • 2 chopped onions
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • ½ cup of water
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or butter

How to Prepare Spinach Lasagna Rolls:

  1. Cook the Spinach Mixture:
    Heat the vegetable oil in a pot on the stove. Add the crushed garlic and sauté until softened. Add the spinach, salt, and black pepper, and sauté them together. Once cooked, remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool down. After cooling, mix in the ricotta cheese until well combined.
