  • ½ cup of orange marmalade

How to Prepare Orange Cake with Orange Sauce:

  1. Prepare the Cake Molds:

    • Use small rectangular cake molds, greasing them with ghee or butter using a wide brush. Sprinkle flour inside the molds, ensuring it covers all sides. Then, line the bottom with parchment paper and tap the molds gently to remove any excess flour. Repeat for all molds.
  2. Prepare the Cake Batter:

    • In a large, deep bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
    • In a mixer, combine the sugar and melted butter, beating on medium speed for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes pale yellow.
    • Gradually add the eggs, one at a time. After each addition, mix on medium speed until fully incorporated. Add the vanilla, grated orange zest, grated lemon zest, milk, and yogurt, and mix for 60 seconds on medium speed.
