  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or mozzarella cheese if preferred)

Preparation of Stuffed Zucchini Boats with Tuna:

  1. Prepare the Zucchini: Wash the zucchinis well, then cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides using a small spoon, keeping the pulp aside for later use. Arrange the zucchini halves in a suitable baking dish.

  2. Cook the Filling: In a large, thick-bottomed skillet, add the zucchini pulp, sunflower oil, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Cook over medium heat, stirring with a wooden spoon until the aroma of the onion and garlic fills the kitchen. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool.

  3. Mix the Filling: Once cooled, add the chopped parsley, tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, and salt to the skillet. Mix all the ingredients until well combined, creating a delicious tuna mixture.
