  1. Begin by thoroughly washing the beef and trimming any excess fat to reduce greasiness. Place the beef in a pot, covering it with enough water to cook, and let it boil.
  2. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and allow the meat to simmer until it's fully cooked and tender.
  3. Meanwhile, peel the taro and cut it into medium-sized cubes. Wash the cubes thoroughly, then drain them using a strainer.
  4. Add the taro to the pot with the beef shortly before the meat is fully cooked, as taro does not require much time to cook.
  5. Wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely. Similarly, finely chop the fresh coriander.
  6. In a separate pan, combine the chopped spinach, coriander, and minced garlic. Add a little ghee and sauté the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until the greens darken and dry out, and the garlic turns a reddish-brown color.
  7. Transfer the sautéed greens into a blender, adding a pinch of black pepper, salt, and a cup of the beef broth. Blend the mixture until it is well combined.
  8. Pour the blended spinach and herb mixture into the pot with the beef and taro, and allow everything to simmer for about a minute.
