Tiramisu with Qamar Al-Din is a luxurious dessert that is perfect for gatherings with friends and special occasions. This dessert stands out due to its delicious taste and the nutritional benefits of Qamar Al-Din, which is rich in nutrients and provides high calories to boost energy throughout the day.

Ingredients for Tiramisu with Qamar Al-Din:

  • 1 pack of plain ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup of Qamar Al-Din syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of finely ground pistachios

For the Cream:

  • 12 cubes of cream cheese (preferably Kiri, or any available creamy cheese triangles)
  • 1 cup of liquid cream
  • 1/2 cup of white cream (Qishta)
  • 3 sachets of ready-made milk cream powder
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk

For Garnishing:

  • A bit of fine cocoa powder
  • A moderate amount of pistachios
  • A few dried apricot pieces

Preparation Method:

  1. Prepare the Cream:

    • In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese cubes, powdered cream, liquid cream, white cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk them together using a hand whisk until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. If the cream is too thick, you can add a little cold milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  2. Assemble the Dishes:

    • Arrange the individual serving dishes side by side. Pour a small amount of the prepared cream into each dish and set them aside for later use.
  3. Dip the Biscuits:

    • In another large bowl, pour the Qamar Al-Din syrup (if too thick, dilute with a bit of cold water). Dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the syrup until it is well-soaked, then place it in the individual dishes on top of the cream layer. Repeat this process for all the dishes, then sprinkle a little ground pistachio on top of the biscuits.
  4. Layer the Cream and Biscuits:

    • Add another layer of cream over the pistachios, then add another layer of soaked biscuits. Repeat the same layering process a third time.
  5. Garnish and Chill:

    • Finish by sprinkling some cocoa powder and ground pistachios on top, and add a few dried apricot pieces. Place the dishes in the fridge for several hours until completely chilled and infused with flavor.
  6. Serve:
