Turkey Fillet with Butter Sauce – Ingredients and Cooking Method

Ingredients for Turkey Fillet with Butter Sauce
- 1 kg turkey breast fillet
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 large tablespoons of olive oil, butter, and lemon broth
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- A bunch of parsley, finely chopped for garnish
Cooking Method for Turkey Fillet with Butter Sauce
Prepare the Turkey Fillet:
- Place a sheet of plastic wrap on the kitchen table and place the turkey fillet on top.
- Cover the fillet with another piece of plastic wrap and gently pound it to flatten it slightly.
Season the Fillet:
- Season both sides of the turkey fillet with salt and black pepper.
- Lightly dust the fillet with flour, shaking off any excess.
Sear the Fillet:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add some olive oil.
