Cake Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of sifted all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of fine granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of liquid milk
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla (powdered vanilla can be used as an alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil

Cream Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of powdered cream
  • ¼ cup of cold liquid milk
  • ¼ cup of cream (sweetened condensed milk can be used as an alternative)
  • ½ teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation Method:

  1. Preparing the Cake Batter: In a mixer bowl, add the eggs and vanilla, blending on medium speed for about 4 minutes until the mixture becomes light yellow. Add the granulated sugar and butter, and blend for another 2 minutes until the butter melts. Then, gradually add the liquid milk and sunflower oil while continuing to blend. Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder slowly, ensuring not to add them all at once, to create a smooth cake batter ready for use.

  2. Grease the cake mold with butter using a wide brush, ensuring all sides are covered. Pour the batter into the mold and preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Place the mold on the middle rack and bake for 30-40 minutes until the cake turns light golden.

  3. Preparing the Cream: In a mixer bowl, add the powdered cream and cold milk, blending on high speed for 3 minutes. Add the cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and continue blending until a thick, creamy mixture forms.

  4. Once the cake is baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Invert it directly onto a serving plate and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, pour the prepared cream over the cake, spreading it evenly and beautifully. Finally, slice and serve.
