Ingredients:
- 500 grams (½ kg) of pasta
- 200 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
- 100 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 3 zucchinis, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 onions, chopped
- 3 green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups of chopped broccoli
- 2 tablespoons of sliced olives
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Preparation Steps:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil a pot of water and add a little oil and a teaspoon of salt. Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain the pasta well.Sauté the Vegetables:
In another pot, melt the butter over medium heat, then add all the vegetables: zucchini, broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and onions. Season with salt, white pepper, and black pepper.
