- 1 kg of zucchini, hollowed out.

- Mixed spices (to taste).
- Black pepper (to taste).
- Vegetable oil (as needed).
For the Sauce:
- 6 cloves of finely minced garlic.
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped.
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint.
- Quarter cup of tomato paste.
- 4 cups of beef broth.
How to Prepare Ablama with Tomatoes:
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the zucchini and stir until browned on all sides.
In another pot, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and sauté the chopped onion until softened.
Add the minced meat and pine nuts, stirring occasionally.
Season the mixture with black pepper, salt, and mixed spices, then stir until the meat is fully cooked and well combined.
