  • 2 ½ cups of liquid milk.

  • 2 ½ cups of cream (ashta).
  • ⅓ cup of corn starch.
  • 2 teaspoons of rose water.

For the Syrup:

  • 1 cup of white sugar.
  • ¾ cup of water.
  • 3 teaspoons of rose water.
  • 3 teaspoons of lemon juice.

For Garnishing:

  • Crushed pistachios (as needed).
  • Cashews (as needed).
  • Crushed almonds (optional).

Preparation Method for Aish Al-Saraya with Toast:

1. Preparing the Syrup:

  1. In a pot, add the sugar and water and place over medium heat. Let the mixture boil for five minutes.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat and add the rose water and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  3. Set the syrup aside to cool.
