How to Prepare Baba Ghanoush with Yogurt:

  1. Prepare the eggplant:
    Cut the large eggplant into two equal halves and place them on a suitable dish.
    Sprinkle a generous amount of salt over the eggplant to help remove the bitterness. Set it aside for 15 minutes.

  2. Bake the eggplant:
