  • 1 kg of finely minced beef
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed spices
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs

For the Mushroom Mixture:

  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup of cooking cream
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

For the Burger:

  • 6 burger buns
  • 1 medium onion, sliced and fried
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)
  • Mustard (to taste)

Preparation Steps for Beef Burger with Mushrooms:

Preparing the Beef Patty:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced beef with the mixed spices, salt, cinnamon, paprika, white pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs. Use your hands to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into six equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball.
  3. Place each meatball between two sheets of parchment paper, and press gently to flatten into medium-thickness patties. Repeat the process for the remaining portions.
