Ingredients for Berry Cake:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of sugar

- 1¼ cups of heavy cream
- 2 cups of raspberries

How to Prepare Berry Cake:
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites thoroughly, then gradually add the sugar one spoon at a time, continuing to whisk until the mixture is fluffy.
Add the vanilla, baking powder, and chopped hazelnuts to the egg mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
