How to Prepare Burger with Crackers:

  1. Prepare the beef mixture:
    In a suitable bowl, mix the ground beef with the mixed spices, ground cinnamon, paprika, white pepper, and salt. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

  2. Add the binding ingredients:
    Add the breadcrumbs and the egg to the beef mixture and mix well again until all the ingredients are fully integrated.

  3. Shape the burgers:
    Take a small portion of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and then flatten it to form a burger patty.
    Repeat this process until all the beef mixture is used up.

  4. Bake the burgers:
    Place the burger patties on a suitable baking tray.

    Remove the tray from the oven and cut each burger patty into four equal pieces.
