How to Prepare Camel Meat Kibbeh Rolls:
Preparing the Dough:
- Soak the bulgur in a suitable amount of drinking water.
- Add the camel meat, onion, mint, salt, spices, and black pepper.
- Use a kibbeh grinder to blend the ingredients together, and then knead the mixture by hand until a firm kibbeh dough is formed.
Preparing the Filling:
- Melt the ghee in a pot over medium heat, then add the chopped onions, stirring occasionally until soft.
- Add the minced camel meat, spices, black pepper, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the meat is fully cooked, then set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ground camel meat with the pistachios until well combined.
