How to Prepare Chechen Honey Cake:
Preparing the Cake:
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix the egg, water, baking soda, and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- In another bowl, combine the butter and white flour. Gradually add the egg mixture while continuing to mix until a firm dough forms.
- Divide the dough into five equal portions, shaping them into small balls. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about one hour.
