Ingredients for Cheese Croissant:
For the Dough:
- 500 grams of flour
- 2 teaspoons of table salt
- 40 grams of sugar
- 10 grams of yeast
- ¼ liter of liquid milk
- 220 grams of chopped butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of oil
For the Cheese Filling:
- 300 grams of shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation Steps for Cheese Croissant:
Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt, liquid milk, and yeast. Knead the ingredients together until you have a firm, cohesive dough.
- Let the dough rest and rise for at least 60 minutes.
Rolling the Dough:
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface, then place the butter pieces inside and fold the dough into a rectangle shape. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.

- Repeat this process three times to ensure the dough becomes layered and rises properly.
Shaping the Croissants:

Resting the Croissants:
- Grease a baking tray with a little oil and place the croissants on it. Let them rest for another 30 minutes.
