Ingredients for Chestnut Salad:
- 500 grams of chestnuts
- 1 medium-sized lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 bunch of arugula, washed and chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley, washed and finely chopped
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of toasted pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds
For the Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate molasses
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
How to Prepare Chestnut Salad:
Wash the chestnuts and use a sharp tool to cut an "X" on the shell.
Place the chestnuts in a pressure cooker and cook them for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
Remove the chestnuts from the heat and let them cool slightly, then peel and cut them in half.
