Ingredients for Chicken and Corn Quesadillas:
- 500 grams of chicken breast, sliced.
- 1 medium-sized onion, sliced.
- 1 medium-sized green bell pepper, sliced.
- 1/2 cup of corn.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper.
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6 tortillas.
Steps to Prepare Chicken and Corn Quesadillas:
Heat the oil:
- In a suitable pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
